Common questions

My reminder didn't fire.: Reminders rely on your phone's location services, which battery saving can delay. Check that location permission is set to Allow all the time, and that battery optimisation is not restricting the app. Reminder zones smaller than about 100 metres are unreliable by nature, because the underlying positioning is GPS-based.
The app says reminders have been failing.: That notice appears when something went wrong in the background. Tapping it offers to share a diagnostic summary, which contains no place names and no coordinates. Sending it to the address below is the quickest way to get the problem understood.
How many places can I save?: As many as you like. Android can only watch a limited number of places at once, so the app keeps an eye on the ones nearest you and rotates others in as you move — you do not have to manage this.
Why does it need location all the time?: A reminder attached to a place has to reach you when you get there, which means noticing your arrival while the app is closed. See the privacy policy for exactly what that does and does not involve.
Where is my data?: On your phone, and nowhere else — see the privacy policy. Uninstalling removes it permanently; there is no backup and no way to recover it.
